Personal Assistant for Janne in Stockholm

Before an interview, we ask you to prove your right to work in Sweden by presenting valid documents, such as a Swedish passport/personal identity document, residence permit (EU), or residence and work permit/LMA-card (non-EU). According to the Register Control Act, you also need to present an extract from the police's criminal record register (Extract for work with children with disabilities) if you are to work with minors. The client you will work with is named Janne, and he places great importance on personal suitability and that you get along well. Janne is highly involved in the recruitment of his staff and will have the final say in the employment.

Requirements and Meritorious Qualifications

  • You need to understand that the work is situation-adapted and that days may look different. It is important that you are perceptive, careful, and have good planning skills. Quick changes may occur, and you need to be able to adapt to the situation.
  • You have good energy and strong communication skills. It should feel fun to go to work, and your presence should contribute to making someone else's day better. Remember that you work close to another human being – therefore, it is important that you get along. Janne wants to feel that the collaboration works well for both parties.
  • Previous experience as a personal assistant or within healthcare and social care is meritorious. The recruitment process is swift, and it is an advantage if you have an understanding of what the profession entails. Tasks such as toilet assistance, physical support, and help with dressing and undressing occur daily.
  • You need to be healthy and have good physical fitness as the work can sometimes involve a high pace and physical transfers. Janne aims to exercise more and gladly uses his wellness benefits for walks and other activities.

  • Hours: Part-time, approx. 100 hours/month
  • Schedule: 11 work shifts per month (a position of approx. 60 %)
