Main Responsibilities

As an Education Administrator, you support the education department in the planning and preparation of various courses. You assist the course director and other instructors during and after the implementation. You are responsible for the administrative work regarding information distribution and course registrations. You are also responsible for keeping our internal website updated. As an Education Administrator, you perform tasks both independently and in teams. The work involves regular travel with overnight stays, sometimes up to a week and also on weekends.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in planning, preparing, supporting during implementation, and handling post-event activities for various events/operations.
  • 3-year upper secondary education or other education or working life experience that we assess as equivalent.
  • Category B driver's license
  • Swedish citizenship
  • Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish

Meritorious

  • Previous experience with administrative digital flows
  • Experience and habit of working in a dynamic, changing context

Personal Qualities

We are looking for you who are responsible and careful even when the work pace is high. You have the ability to handle many different tasks and processes simultaneously. You have good cooperation skills and find it easy to get into new tasks. You approach the assignment in a structured way and have a good ability to work independently.

The employment is a permanent civil employment, full-time, and begins with a 6-month probationary period for those not already employed by the Swedish Armed Forces. Travel is part of the job.
