We are looking for you who are interested in working as a personal assistant for a man in his 60s.

The man lives alone in his own apartment, approximately 15 minutes outside of Alingsås. It is a requirement that you have a valid driver's license and access to your own car to commute to work.

The man has frontotemporal dementia and is approved for double assistance around the clock, including awake nights.

His interests include spending time in forests and nature, scouting, various vehicles, IT, planting, and gardening.

It is an advantage if you have experience working with individuals with dementia, as well as knowledge of low-affective interaction methods.

You should possess empathy and be calm and humble in your interactions. It is crucial that you can collaborate effectively within a work group, make quick decisions, and be creative in emergency situations.

You will have the opportunity to cover for absent staff for a number of weeks and work according to a fixed schedule. However, flexibility is appreciated so that you can step in quickly during sickness absences at other times as well.

Work shifts are scheduled from 08:00–20:00 or 20:00–08:00, meaning 12-hour shifts.
