Knislinge Health Centre

Knislinge Health Centre is located in Östra Göinge Municipality with good commuting options. The operations are stable and well-functioning, with approximately 9,000 registered patients and around 48 employees. We work in a patient-centered manner and are committed to providing good, close care with care and consideration. Here, there is an open atmosphere with a "high ceiling," where teamwork and quality are in focus.

At the health centre, eleven experienced district nurses/nurses work together with both specialist doctors and ST-doctors (doctors in specialized training). We also host AT- and BT-doctors (internship and basic training doctors). Our operations are also staffed by nursing assistants, physiotherapists, medical secretaries, occupational therapists, dietitians, and a psychosocial team. Our premises also house "Familjens Hus" (The Family House), where our child health care nurses are active.

Job Responsibilities

As a nurse with us, you will have a varied workday that includes reception duties, telephone advice, triage, and medical assessments. You work close to knowledgeable and engaged colleagues, and good cohesion between professions ensures that support and advice are always available. Nurses play a central role in creating a good care experience for our patients.

Qualifications

We welcome you who are a registered nurse with the right to work within Swedish healthcare. You must have good knowledge of Swedish; a minimum level of C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale is required. A valid B-class driver's license is also mandatory. Experience from primary care is meritorious, as is further education as a district nurse.

You have a strong patient focus and a professional and empathetic approach. You enjoy working in a team, while also being confident in working independently and making your own decisions. It is important that you share our vision of offering good, close, and high-quality care. You are curious, receptive, adaptable, and work in a structured manner with a flexible attitude. Personal suitability will be given great weight.
