ABOUT THE ROLE

For our client in Hässleholm, we are now looking for an experienced payroll consultant for an interim assignment starting immediately. The assignment is fixed-term and part-time, approx. 30%, for the next 6 months.

In this role, you are responsible for coordinating outsourced payroll with SD Worx. You act as the contact person for the outsourcing partner and ensure that the correct documentation is delivered on time. Furthermore, you support the organization with service and case support for employees and managers. The payroll covers both white-collar and blue-collar workers, with the majority belonging to the latter group.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for you who is a confident and senior payroll consultant with previous experience in coordinating payroll with an outsourcing partner. You are accustomed to stepping into new organizations and contexts and can quickly get up to speed with the work. Additionally, you can answer and handle questions that arise within the organization in a pedagogical manner. Your working style is consultative and advisory, and you can identify and drive improvement initiatives.

Experience with SD Worx is highly advantageous.
