Colabit works with the sales and distribution of fuels to customers throughout Sweden. The company's headquarters are located in Gävle, where the finance function is based.

We are now looking for an Accountant to join our finance team in Gävle. Here you will have a broad and varied role in a smaller organization where collaboration, flexibility, and personal responsibility are important parts of everyday life.

About the role

As an Accountant, you will work broadly within the finance function together with colleagues in finance, sales, HR, and other operations. The role includes both ongoing accounting and year-end closing tasks, as well as administrative parts related to the financial flow.

We actively work to create broad competence within the team to reduce vulnerability and create a flexible and sustainable finance function where several people can support different parts of the work.

Examples of tasks:

• Ongoing accounting
• Supplier and customer accounts
• Reconciliations and accruals
• VAT and tax reporting
• Monthly closing
• Annual accounts and annual report
• Contact with customers and external partners
• Credit assessments
• Administrative tasks related to the financial flow

Your background

• Have post-secondary education in economics or equivalent work experience
• Have experience with ongoing accounting and closing work
• Are independent and responsible
• Are unpretentious and enjoy helping out where needed
• Enjoy varied tasks and close collaboration within the team

It is an advantage if you have previously worked with Fortnox.
