About the role

As a Service Center Agent, you will become a central part of our Customer Service Center in Malmö. You will be responsible for receiving and handling customer cases via phone, email, and portal, ensuring that every customer receives fast, accurate, and professional service. The role involves both administrative work and direct customer contact, where you follow cases through to resolution.

Your responsibilities

  • Receive and register cases in ISS standard and customer-specific systems
  • Handle incoming calls in the switchboard and customer service
  • Proactively follow up on and own cases until they are fully resolved
  • Perform administrative tasks
  • Prioritize and handle cases in a structured and efficient manner
  • Responsible for financial follow-up
  • Participate in and follow up on customer meetings
  • Conduct customer surveys and book customer meetings via outgoing calls

Practical information

  • Location: ISS office in Malmö
  • Working hours: Varying weekdays between 07:00–17:00
  • Employment: Permanent with a 6-month probationary period
  • Other: Extract from the criminal record will be conducted during the recruitment process

  • communicates clearly in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing
  • thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple cases in parallel
  • is accustomed to working in various IT and case management systems
  • is flexible, stress-resistant, and has good prioritization skills
  • has a basic understanding of economics and follow-up (meritorious)
  • thrives in an environment where digital and technical solutions are in focus

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, support, and administrative work
  • High school education
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Experience working in IT and case management systems
