About the role

As a Sales Representative at Proma, you will present and sell high-quality massage chairs to businesses and/or public sector clients. You will focus heavily on acquiring new customers, meeting clients at trade shows/events or through scheduled appointments, and guiding them to the right solution based on their needs. A key part of the role is demonstrating the products and creating a positive, trust-building purchasing experience. You are ambitious, resilient, and eager to grow within the role and the company!

Your responsibilities

• Active sales of massage chairs
• Product demonstrations and advisory services
• Customer contact before, during, and after purchase
• Order and business follow-up
• Contribute to achieving individual and collective sales targets

We are looking for someone who

• Has an interest in sales and customer service
• Is social, outgoing, and skilled at building relationships
• Is self-motivated, goal-oriented, and solution-focused
• Has good communication skills in Swedish
• Previous sales experience is an advantage but not a requirement – GRIT is more important
