Coop Trollebergsvägen is looking for a new sales assistant to join our wonderful team!

At Coop, we deliver not only good products at good prices, but we see ourselves a bit like a Kinder Surprise egg. We always deliver something exciting to our customers, something to play with (primarily in the kitchen, but we have other things too) and, of course, we have plenty of chocolate and other treats. Not to mention, customers also receive top-class service from our staff.

Working as a sales assistant at Coop is a highly varied job. You will perform cash register duties, sales, picking goods, merchandising, ordering, and much, much more.

Your role as a sales assistant includes, among other things:

• Ensure shelves are always fronted and well-stocked
• Ensure all products have the correct prices
• Handle customer complaints and feedback according to guidelines in a professional manner
• Keep the store clean and sales-oriented

The position is a part-time summer temporary role, 14 hours per week between weeks 26-35 in 2026. Your working hours may vary as we are open when our customers want to shop, from morning to evening, Monday to Sunday.

• Experience and competence in retail sales are advantageous
• Experience and competence in service roles are advantageous
• Multilingual skills and experience/interest in different cultures are advantageous

The most important thing for us is that you are genuinely interested in food, service, and sales. You should enjoy working in a group and actively contribute to creating a good work climate. We want you, as an applicant, to have good initiative and positive energy that is contagious, see customer needs, and with pride and joy deliver the industry's best customer service. You are driven by challenges, see opportunities, and have a desire to constantly develop and improve both the business and yourself. We won't hide the fact that it can sometimes be a stressful job, so it is important that you like working at a high pace and can maintain your calm and smile even in stressful situations.
