Essity – a leading global hygiene and health company with brands such as Libero, TENA, Libresse, Tork, Sorbact, and JOBST – now offers an exciting and challenging opportunity for you who wish to contribute your skills, energy, and creativity. We are looking for a new colleague to join our sales team within the Personal Care business unit. We prefer that you live in Helsingborg or Lund and surrounding areas. You will report to the Field Sales Manager and become part of our Swedish commercial team.
We work with strong brands in the categories of diapers, intimate hygiene, and toilet/household paper: Libero, Libresse, TENA, and Lotus.

About the Role
As a Field Sales Representative in Skåne (excluding Malmö), you are responsible for developing business with customers in the grocery retail sector – for example, ICA, Coop, Axfood, and other chains. You work closely with the stores and are responsible for ensuring visibility, availability, and profitability. You are a key link between the store and central functions, where you translate strategies into concrete execution in the store environment.
As a sales representative for one of our key districts, you need to prioritize relationship building in everything you do to build and maintain effective relationships with customers, as well as with internal functions such as Key Account Managers (KAM), marketing, and other sales colleagues in the team. You will be part of a professional sales team that works analytically and with a customer focus.
This is a permanent position without a probationary period.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and develop business in the district
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with store staff and decision-makers
- Category development and advisory services regarding our leading brands – Libero, Libresse, TENA, and Lotus
- Ensure optimal exposure, shelf placement, and distribution
- Execute campaigns and activities in-store
- Identify business opportunities and take initiative for improvements
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers and the marketing team
You have significant autonomy and plan your own day, while being part of an engaged and results-oriented sales team.

You have good communication skills and the ability to create long-term business relationships with strong planning capabilities. You will be part of a strong, goal-oriented sales team where good results and mutual respect lead to success together. You Have:
- Experience from a sales role, preferably within grocery retail
- Relevant education
- Fluent Swedish and good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Digital knowledge and experience with CRM are meritorious
- A structured work approach and good planning skills
