This is Light by Sweden
Light by Sweden was founded in 2015 in Tenhult, Småland, outside Jönköping, with the goal of becoming "the installer's best friend" and is part of the North Castle Group. We have nine employees and a turnover of approximately 25 million SEK. The company designs and develops innovative lighting solutions with high flexibility, where the installer is always in focus. With smart features, thoughtful details, and a clear customer focus, we create products that simplify everyday life and make the job easier out in the field.

In addition to high-quality products, Light by Sweden also offers professional lighting planning and project design with solid lighting technical expertise. Our solutions are used in properties within industry, warehouses, offices, shops, and other environments, but our customers are always electricians and installers. With its own development, production, and warehousing in Tenhult, the company is a complete partner from idea to finished installation.

Focus in your role
In the role of salesperson, you are responsible for developing and strengthening the business in your district through active and proactive sales work. You work from home and plan your day independently, with the majority of the time spent out with customers.
Your workdays will mainly involve:
- processing and developing relationships with electricians and installers
- scheduling, planning, and conducting customer visits
- creating new business opportunities through active prospecting
- driving deals from first contact to closure
- working with follow-up, administration, and planning
- building a strong local presence in your district
The goal is that you are out with customers about four days a week and one day a week is dedicated to planning, administration, and follow-up.
If we could wish for anything
We are looking for you who have experience in proactive sales and who enjoy driving deals all the way through. You have a good understanding of the installer sector and know how important it is to build relationships that last over time.
We would like you to have:
- experience from the lighting industry
- experience of selling to electricians or installers
- experience with relationship-building sales
- understanding of market and technology development
- experience from small or medium-sized companies

- Location: Home office, where we see that you live in your district which is either Stockholm/Mälardalen or Skåne/Blekinge/Halland.
- Permanent position, full-time.
