Your role with us

You have an important medical role internally and on behalf of our customers, where you work with:

• Mandatory examinations and medical checks in various areas.
• Work-oriented rehabilitation measures such as work capacity assessments and support in sick leave processes.
• Health-promoting initiatives, such as lectures and counseling for management groups.
• Occupational environment surveys and consultation.

Qualifications

• Specialist physician in Occupational Medicine, Work and Environmental Medicine, Occupational Health Care, or Occupational and Environmental Medicine. We are also open to you with another specialization (e.g., general practice, internal medicine, psychiatry, rehabilitation) who is genuinely curious about the connection between work and health.
• Comfortable with and interested in working with digital tools.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Other:

Permanent employment starting with a 6-month probation period. Location in Malmö, percentage of employment, and start date to be agreed upon.

The position involves travel within the area according to business needs, which means you must have a B driver's license and preferably your own car for work.
