Welcome to the Evening and Weekend Clinic (KHM) in Lund, located at the Getingen Health Centre at Skåne University Hospital (Sus) in Lund. From here, it is close to both train and bus connections as well as to the parking garage.

KHM has the task of meeting citizens' needs for unplanned emergency primary care during evenings and weekends. High medical quality, continuity, high accessibility, and patient safety are our focus, and we always put the patient's best interest at the center. Job Responsibilities

We are looking for you who are interested in emergency care and want to work at our triage clinic, where we have close collaboration with both the pediatric and adult emergency departments. You strive to ensure that all our patients receive a good reception and professional care. The role involves performing nursing tasks commonly found in primary care emergency/after-hours services, such as triage for drop-in visits and telephone advice. Opportunities for education and personal development are provided.

Working hours are scheduled for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

We now welcome you who are a licensed nurse with the right to practice in Swedish healthcare. Proficiency in Swedish at level C1 or higher according to the Council of Europe's scale is a requirement.

Experience working at a health centre and/or in emergency care is highly meritorious. For this position, it is important to have a good understanding of the care processes that take place in primary care; therefore, experience in primary care and triage work is advantageous.

As a person, you are responsible, have a fine sense for meeting people in different life situations, and are grounded in a positive attitude. Furthermore, you actively contribute to the development of operations and always work based on the best interests of patients and the organization. Since we work in interdisciplinary teams, it is important that you enjoy collaborating with other professional categories and have good communication skills. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
