The Adult Psychiatry Unit (VO) in Kristianstad provides outpatient care in Hässleholm, Kristianstad, Simrishamn, and Ystad. Emergency care and inpatient care are provided in Kristianstad. Approximately 200,000 people live in our catchment area. We collaborate closely with the municipalities through joint meetings and care planning.

The Adult Psychiatry Clinic in Hässleholm has approximately 50 employees. Our catchment area includes Perstorp, Hässleholm, and Osby municipalities. We provide highly specialized outpatient care in interdisciplinary teams. Based on our diverse competencies and experiences, our mission is to offer our residents within specialist psychiatry assessment, investigation, diagnosis, care, and treatment based on existing evidence.

We are a workplace with competent and dedicated staff who constantly work on developing and improving the clinic's operations. The team consists of various professional categories, including medical secretaries, care assistants, doctors, physiotherapists, nurses, social workers, psychologists, unit managers, rehabilitation coordinators, and occupational therapists.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nurse, you will be offered a varied job close to your colleagues with standard nursing tasks such as assessment, counseling, telephone advice, medication follow-up, collaboration with care neighbors, and other tasks based on the organization's needs. Work at the clinic can be conducted both individually and through group visits.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who are a licensed nurse with the eligibility to work within Swedish healthcare. Language skills in Swedish equivalent to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale are required for the position. Further education in psychiatry is meritorious for the position. If you have previous experience within psychiatry, we also see that as advantageous. The same applies if you have worked in Melior and Mina Planer.

To thrive and develop in the role, a structured and careful working method characterized by collaboration and good treatment towards both patients and colleagues is required. You have a high sense of responsibility and thrive in a varied daily life where both tasks and pace vary. In addition, you have an interest in development work and want to contribute to constantly improving the organization based on a high patient focus.

You are a secure person with good initiative, flexible, and open to changes. Requirements are placed on independent work as well as good teamwork skills. We expect you to have a good ethical approach and professional treatment towards both patients and coworkers to contribute to an open and allowing work climate. Great importance is attached to personal suitability.
