Bergvik Group is a company located in Bergvik, just outside Söderhamn in Hälsingland. This is where our headquarters and manufacturing factory for our products are located. We are now looking for a new team member for our finance department.

Your responsibilities
At our company, you are responsible for the entire payroll process and provide support to employees and managers regarding payroll-related issues based on our collective agreements, as well as supporting other labor law matters. The role includes among other things: • Handling and verifying employment contracts, terminations, certificates, time reports, expense reports, absence, and other discrepancies • Calculating and reporting taxes, employer contributions, and statistics • Administering pensions, insurance, and benefits • Ensuring regulatory compliance with laws and collective agreements • Acting as a contact person for authorities and external parties • Handling other administration, such as receipts
Your profile
We are looking for you who have previous experience working with payroll administration. If you have education in payroll administration and experience with the Technical Agreement (IF Metall and Unionen), it is meritorious. To fit into the role with us, we see that you have good structure and are detail-oriented when it comes to rules, routines, and established processes. You collaborate well with others and solve problems efficiently. Furthermore, we see that you maintain calm in stressful situations. You have good knowledge of Swedish and handle the Office package well, especially Excel. Furthermore, you find it easy to handle different systems, and experience with Hogia is meritorious. If you have also worked in Monitor, it is a plus.
