About the Role

In the role of an experienced developer here at Fellowmind, you will be a central part of our expert team working on developing and implementing solutions based on M365 and Microsoft Power Platform for our customers. Your responsibilities will include the design, development, and implementation of M365, Power Apps, and Power Automate solutions that support our customers' business needs:

• Develop customized solutions within our solution areas.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth integrations and functionality.
• Provide technical advice and support to customers regarding best practices and optimization of their M365 and Power Platform usage.

When you start with us, you will be assigned a mentor (despite your existing experience) to help you settle into the role at Fellowmind in the best possible way. We have a range of exciting projects, so from day 1 you will get to show what you are made of in real customer projects. It is important to note that we primarily work with project consulting, and you will be working with a variety of customers in both implementation and maintenance projects, giving you the best conditions for further development both professionally and personally.

Who are you?

To succeed in this role, you need to have a passion for technology and a strong desire to improve business processes through innovative use of M365 or Power Platform. Furthermore, we see that you have:

• Documented work experience as a developer within the framework of M365 and Power Platform.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 & SharePoint Online.
• In-depth knowledge in designing and developing solutions with Power Apps (both Canvas and Model Driven Apps) as well as Power Automate.
• Ability to understand and translate customer business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience utilizing Dataverse in your solutions.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps.

As you will be working with both Swedish and international customers, it is a prerequisite that you are fluent in both Swedish and English.

If you have a background as a full-stack developer with skills in React and C#, in addition to the above, it is a merit, as our experience tells us that people with this background often have a deeper understanding of the underlying technology, which comes in handy when working with low code and no code.

The Practicalities

Start: As soon as possible (ideally yesterday), but we understand that you may have a notice period to consider.

Scope: Full-time, office hours, but we are of course flexible and assume it should work for all parties.

Location: At one of our centrally located offices in either Stockholm or Gothenburg.
