About the Position

We are looking for a personal assistant for a woman in Hultsfred. As an assistant, your important role is to support and act as the customer's extended arm by providing the necessary help and support. The customer's interests include calm activities such as household chores, reading newspapers, and gardening.

Who We Are Looking For

• You are a woman with personal maturity and the ability to be empathetic.
• You have good knowledge of the Swedish language.
• You are responsible and open to learning new things and adapting to the customer's needs and routines.
• You possess humility and the ability to be the customer's extended arm.
• You show respect for working in someone else's home and are adaptable.
• You have a genuine interest in helping the customer, the ability to see the big picture, and are motivating while maintaining a balance so as not to be intrusive.
• You are a non-smoker, preferably completely tobacco-free.

While experience in personal assistance or healthcare is a plus, a strong interest in helping and the ability to see the whole picture are considered more important.
