In Svalöv Municipality, we are now looking for assistant nurses for ordinary housing (home care services) who want to be an active part of an engaged team.

Here, we work in teams with a focus on the care recipient's needs, security, and participation. Together, you take responsibility for the whole picture – planning, implementation, and development of care.

As an assistant nurse, you work in the care recipients' own homes with:

• Personal care, support, and services in everyday life
• Healthcare and nursing tasks delegated to you
• Documentation according to current legislation
• Active and good collaboration with colleagues, nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and assistance officers.

To meet the needs of the care recipients, we see that you are willing to take, renew, and work with the delegations required. You will receive support, introduction, and conditions to succeed.

Working hours: day/evening/weekend according to schedule.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who:

• Are a trained assistant nurse with a protected professional title
• Have a genuine commitment to elderly care and person-centered care
• Are positive about providing necessary delegations as part of your professional responsibility
• Enjoy working in a team and actively contribute to good cooperation and climate at the workplace
• Take initiative and take great responsibility for your work
• Have very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Hold a category B driver's license (a requirement).

Employment type: Permanent position.
