Do you want to work in a creative and international environment where you can combine sales, customer relations, and travel? Miljögården is now looking for a driven Inside Sales/Customer Support specialist who enjoys meeting customers and loves building and maintaining relationships.

About Us

Miljögården is one of Sweden's leading wholesalers in home furnishings, with over 2,500 customers worldwide. Our primary focus is on Scandinavia and the DACH region.

We design and develop our products together with both in-house and external designers, with production taking place primarily in Asia and partially in Europe. Additionally, we offer custom-designed furniture from our own carpentry workshop in Poland.

About the Role

As an Inside Sales/Customer Support specialist, you will become a key part of our team at the office in Svedala. You will work closely with our customers and other departments within the company, playing a central role in our continued development.

We are in an exciting growth phase – here you will have the opportunity to influence, contribute ideas, and shape both your own role and our way of working going forward.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Build and develop relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Customer contact via phone, email, and customer visits.
  • Handling and following up on quotations.
  • Order registration, returns, and invoicing.
  • Sales activities.
  • Participation in international and national trade fairs.

The position involves travel in connection with trade fairs where we present our new collections.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Speaks and writes fluent German. Proficiency in other languages such as Polish, Italian, French, and Spanish is a plus.
  • Speaks and writes fluent English and Swedish.
  • Is computer literate (experience with the business system Pyramid is a plus).
  • Has experience in sales or customer service (a plus, but not a requirement).
  • Has industry experience (seen as an advantage but not a requirement).
