We are now looking for a Customer Services Professional for our client in Solna.

We are seeking an engaged and service-oriented individual who wants to be a central part of our client's service team within power and automation. In this role, you will work closely with factories, technicians, project managers, and customers to ensure that service cases run smoothly and efficiently. You will become a key link between the customer, internal functions, and the field team.

Your Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Support Operator, you will among other things:

• Receive and register service cases and provide support via phone and email.
• Coordinate and plan service assignments.
• Handle documentation, service agreements, and follow-ups.
• Quote spare parts, products, and service services.
• Support our technicians with practical administration and resource planning.
• Follow up on cases and ensure that actions are carried out according to agreements.
• Participate in improvement work regarding processes and routines.

Qualifications
We are looking for you who:

• Have a high school or post-secondary education in electrical engineering or a corresponding field.
• Have experience in administrative work, customer support, or service coordination.
• Have a good understanding of technical environments, preferably within electric power, automation, or industry.
• Are structured and solution-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in Swedish and English.
• Are accustomed to working in business systems and administrative IT tools.

Merits:

• Experience from the energy sector or service organizations.
• Knowledge of power systems, transformers, switchgear, or relay protection.

About the Employment

• Start: As soon as possible until 2026-10-04 with the possibility of extension.
• Employment type: This is a consultancy assignment, where you will be employed as a consultant via The Place and work at our client's premises.
• Working hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week.
• Location: Solna (with the possibility to work from home a couple of days a week).
