ABOUT THE ROLE:

The role is specifically designed for you who have practical and theoretical experience in the profession but wish to continue developing personally and professionally. In this role, you will receive continuous support and scheduled training sessions in focus areas such as C++ development, agile methods, network technology, cybersecurity, and self-leadership, ensuring you have the skills and knowledge required to succeed in your position.

For this opportunity, we are looking for the following roles:

• Software Developer.
• DevOps Engineer.
• Systems Engineer.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO:

• Have a civil engineering or master's degree in computer science, IT, technical physics, or a similar field, graduated in 2024 or 2025. For the Systems Engineer role, we also welcome those with a civil engineering or master's degree in mechatronics or electrical engineering.
• Have 1 year of technical work experience after completing your studies, as a systems or software developer, systems engineer, or DevOps engineer.
• Have documented experience working with C and C++ as well as Windows and/or Linux during your studies and/or professional life.
• Are driven, curious, and communicative with a genuine technical interest.
• Are fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English, as both languages are used internally and externally.

It is an advantage if you:

• Have relevant hobby projects to showcase involving C/C++ programming.
• Have an interest in, or experience from, the aviation industry.

Furthermore, great importance will be placed on personal suitability. To fit into the role, you need to thrive in a dynamic environment where problem-solving is a large part of your daily routine, which requires good planning skills. It is also important that you are self-motivated while being flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances. As a person, you have good communication skills and enjoy working together with others.

ABOUT THE EMPLOYMENT:

This is a consultancy assignment, which means you will be employed by Friday and work as a consultant at our client's site. The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the current security clearance regulations.
