The Knislinge Health Centre is located in Östra Göinge Municipality with good commuting options. The operations are stable and well-functioning, serving approximately 9,000 registered patients and employing around 48 staff members. We work in a patient-centered manner and are committed to providing good, close care with care and consideration. We foster an open atmosphere with a "high ceiling" mentality, where teamwork and quality are at the forefront.

At the health centre, eleven experienced district nurses/nurses work together with specialist doctors and ST-doctors (doctors in specialized training). We also welcome AT- and BT-doctors (internship and basic training doctors). Our staff also includes nursing assistants, physiotherapists, medical secretaries, occupational therapists, dietitians, and a psychosocial team. Our premises also house "Family House," where our child health care nurses are active.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nurse with us, you will have a varied workday involving reception duties, telephone advice, triage, and medical assessments. You will work closely with knowledgeable and engaged colleagues, and the strong cohesion between professions ensures that support and advice are always available. Nurses play a central role in creating a positive care experience for our patients.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you if you are a licensed nurse authorized to work within the Swedish healthcare system. You must have good knowledge of Swedish, with at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale being a requirement. A valid B-class driver's license is also mandatory. Experience from primary care is meritorious, as is further education as a district nurse.

You have a strong patient focus and a professional and empathetic approach. You thrive in team settings but are also confident working independently and making your own decisions. It is important that you share our vision of providing good, close, and high-quality care. You are curious, receptive, adaptable, and work in a structured manner with a flexible attitude. Personal suitability will be given great weight.
