Your new workplace

INM in Lund is a general psychiatric outpatient clinic for patients aged 18 and above, in need of specialist psychiatric care, residing in Lund or Kävlinge. The task within specialist psychiatry is to offer assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for individuals with complex psychiatric issues, acting as a interface with primary care.

The operations consist of cross-professional teams, and you will work together with other medical colleagues, nurses, psychologists, care assistants, social workers, occupational therapists, rehab coordinators, and administrative staff. We are now expanding the general psychiatric team with one additional doctor.

For us, it is important to offer our patients evidence-based care. To find out if what we do really makes a difference, we follow up and measure our treatment results together with the patient. We offer a well-structured workplace with short decision-making paths and well-designed care processes where we put the patients first.

Our clinic is an stimulating workplace, where the pace can sometimes be high. At the same time, the workplace is secure and provides room for personal and professional development at both individual and group levels. We offer a pleasant work environment where we together ensure that patients receive the best possible care.
