At our client's home in Gråbo, Lerum Municipality, there are currently six assistants. We are now looking for you who want to become a reliable and valuable assistant and colleague. We work according to daily routines, documentation, and have regular APT (Individual Planning Meetings).

As an assistant for this young woman with multiple disabilities, you will work during daytime shifts with two assistants together. Therefore, we are looking for you who understand the importance of good cooperation with the client, relatives, colleagues, and the assistance provider.

• Dual assistance (two assistants present)

• Driver's license and own car are an advantage
• Awake night shifts

The daily work consists largely of care and consideration regarding all aspects of our client's daily needs. Our client needs help with everything from tube feeding to hygiene, exercise, and other daily chores such as shopping, laundry, and cleaning. You will work where our client is – usually in her own apartment located in the villa where the client's mother lives.

You will be offered pleasant colleagues and a client who truly appreciates her assistants. Since there are dogs in the home, you should not be allergic to fur animals. Our assistants always receive individualized introduction and training in all parts regarding the client's care needs and routines. It is important that both you as an assistant and our client feel secure.

The Assistant's Role and Experience

You need to be meticulous, responsible, attentive, proactive, and positive. However, the most important thing is that we find secure and thoughtful assistants who want to make every day valuable and beautiful for our client. A driver's license and own car are an advantage.
