Job Information

Professionals Nord is now relaunching this successful setup in collaboration with Satellite Group. Through our initiative, we are shaping the next generation of Ventilation Technicians. During the introductory period via Satellite Group, you will develop skills so that you quickly become confident in the tasks required for the role of Ventilation Technician.

You will then be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant at Bravida for at least 18 months. The goal is for your employment to transfer to Bravida, provided all parties are satisfied with the collaboration.

Information about the introductory period

The introductory period is based on the Accelerated Learning method, where shorter theoretical parts are combined with practical exercises to give you all the tools you need to succeed in the role. During this period, you will develop in areas such as:

• Materials and components
• Drawings and system understanding
• Assembly and installation
• Construction process, projects, and contracting
• Planning, work environment, and safety
• Digital tools and documentation

We offer the opportunity for study support throughout the introductory period.

Preliminary study period: August 3 – 14, 2026

Education: August 17 – November 6, 2026

First day at Bravida: November 9, 2026

Scope: Full-time

Job Information

As a Ventilation Technician at Bravida in Norrköping, you will become part of a secure and tight-knit team with long experience, good atmosphere, and high spirits. To give you the right conditions for the role, you will work closely with experienced colleagues who support you in your development and introduction to the profession.

In the role, you work with installation, service, troubleshooting, maintenance, and adjustment of ventilation systems at various customers. The work is varied and involves combining practical work with problem-solving and customer contact. You plan parts of your work yourself and become an important part of creating good indoor environments for both businesses and public operations.

We are looking for you who have

• Turned 18 years or older
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, in speech and writing
• Great interest in making a career change to Ventilation Technician
• Hold a B driving license
• Have passed tests (MAP & Matrigma)
• Passed background check
