Scope & Working Hours

• Scope: Maximum flexibility. We offer everything from 100% fixed schedules to single shifts, weekend work, and adapted periods.
• Working Hours: Varying schedules (day, evening, weekend) or dedicated night shifts, depending on what fits your lifestyle.
• Duration: Ongoing placements and assignments throughout the year. You decide when and how much you want to work.

Since we work across a broad spectrum, we can offer placements that suit your specific medical background, whether your experience comes from the regional healthcare system or municipal services. We offer assignments within:

• Medical Inpatient Care, Emergency Care & Geriatrics
• Primary Healthcare Centers, Urgent Care Clinics & Occupational Health Services
• Home Healthcare & Specialized Housing (SÄBO)
• Support Services for People with Intellectual Disabilities (LSS), Short-term Care & Emergency Operations

Your Responsibilities

The work is independent and varied. Depending on your placement, your duties include standard nursing tasks such as acute medical assessments, medication management, sample collection, documentation, and collaboration with doctors, paramedics, and relatives.

Qualifications

• Swedish nursing license (legitimation).
• At least 2 years of professional experience as a licensed nurse.
• Good proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• Confidence in your professional role with the ability to quickly adapt to new routines.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)

• Experience with medical record systems in regional or municipal settings (e.g., TakeCare, Cosmic, Melior, Viva, or Procapita).
• Category B driver’s license (opens up more options among our mobile assignments).
