We are looking for another wonderful employee for our key person

We are looking for you with a strong commitment to people with disabilities and an understanding of the next-of-kin perspective.

The client is a man who uses a wheelchair. He enjoys being out in the fresh air and practicing walking/standing. He has some ability to communicate, and if the chemistry is right, you will quickly develop a good rapport with him that brings joy to both of you. Experience with epilepsy and a calm demeanor are significant advantages.

The assistant team works 12-hour shifts between 08:00–20:00 or 20:00–08:00 on a fixed schedule rotation. Active assistance is provided 24 hours a day with double staffing. The days you work are flexible (if you have preferences) because the client and the team are keen on finding the right person and can adjust the schedule.

Since the client has severe dog and cat allergies, it is important that you do not own a dog or a cat.

We prefer female applicants.

Your responsibilities

• Tasks common to the profession, ranging from individualized care to household chores.
• Assistance is primarily provided in the client's home.
• You work in a supportive and motivating manner.
• Training is provided on-site and through Monument Assistans.

We are now recruiting assistants for two different positions

• Position one: Three day shifts per week
• Position two: Two night shifts per week
