Assignment Description

We are looking for a Test / Support Engineer with a strong focus on observability, monitoring, and incident management within an automotive software environment.

What You Will Work On

  • Own and improve monitoring dashboards, alerts, and observability solutions
  • Drive improvements in logging, alerting, and monitoring from an end-user perspective
  • Perform initial incident investigations using monitoring and system data
  • Support major incident handling and coordinate issue resolution activities
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to improve system reliability and stability
  • Contribute to root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Monitor business-critical services and operational environments
  • Use observability tools to support troubleshooting and operational decision-making
  • Participate in scheduled 24/7 on-call support rotations
  • Support operational excellence and proactive incident prevention activities

What You Bring

  • Experience working with monitoring or observability for software services
  • Experience with Datadog or similar monitoring tools such as Grafana or Prometheus
  • Strong interest in IT systems, troubleshooting, and operational support
  • Ability to use dashboards and monitoring tools during incident investigations
  • Experience supporting business-critical systems or operational environments
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with development teams and stakeholders
  • Availability to participate in scheduled 24/7 on-call support rotations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills, especially during incidents and escalations
