About the Role
As a Sales Executive at Vasakronan Arena, you are responsible for actively identifying new business opportunities and initiating new customer dialogues regarding Arena's coworking, meeting, and conference offerings in Gothenburg.
The role is clearly activity-driven and characterized by prospecting, new customer acquisition, and business generation, where you work systematically with pipeline management, meeting booking, and follow-up. You drive the sales process from first contact to closing the deal and continuously work to increase awareness of Arena in the market.
Arena offers modern and flexible workplace solutions with coworking spaces, meeting rooms, conference facilities, and private offices in some of Gothenburg's most attractive locations. In this role, you will play a key part in creating new business and establishing Arena as a go-to destination for companies seeking the workplace of the future.
In this role, you will:
- Drive active and structured new customer acquisition via phone, email, LinkedIn, and face-to-face meetings.
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities.
- Book and conduct customer meetings as well as conduct site tours of premises and coworking spaces.
- Work target-oriented towards clear KPIs linked to activity and business results.
- Build and develop a structured pipeline in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and work methodically through the entire sales process.
- Participate in events and relevant networks to strengthen Arena's market presence.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams regarding onboarding, delivery, and customer experience.
- Contribute new ideas and develop working methods within sales and business generation.

You are fearless in initial contact and see the phone, LinkedIn, and follow-up as natural work tools. For you, sales is not just about relationships, but also about resilience, structure, and the ability to consistently create results over time.
To succeed in this role, we believe you:
- Have experience in outbound B2B sales and feel confident in making first contact with new customers.
- Are accustomed to working systematically with prospecting, pipeline, and follow-up.
- Are motivated by clear goals, KPIs, and a high focus on activity.
- Are self-starting, structured, and drive your work forward with high energy.
- Have an easy time building trust and developing business relationships.
- Are proficient in CRM and work systematically with follow-up.
- Dare to think new thoughts, challenge working methods, and contribute with your own initiatives.
- Express yourself very well verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English.
If you also have an established network within the Gothenburg business community, we view this as highly meritorious, or alternatively, a strong ability to build one quickly.
Experience from service sales, coworking, the real estate industry, or other relationship-intensive B2B environments is seen as a major plus.
Additional Information
Start: September
Scope: Full-time, permanent position with an initial probation period of 6 months.
Location: Gothenburg
Working Hours: Daytime hours with the possibility of some evening activities and events as needed.
Employment: You will be employed by Carotte Staff and will work on assignment for Vasakronan.
