Where you will work

Forenede Care AB operates KVS (Short-term care and special housing) on behalf of Ängelholm Municipality. We have 34 apartments divided into two units: one for somatically ill individuals and another for people with dementia. KVS boasts a fantastic outdoor environment with the sea as a neighbor.

We work in interdisciplinary teams consisting of nursing staff, nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, team leaders, and operations managers.

KVS is located near a bus stop, and parking is easily available at our nearby spots by the building.

Who are you?

You are responsible, independent, and confident in making priorities and leading others. You enjoy mentoring staff in healthcare matters, are unpretentious, and are motivated by organizing care in the best possible way together with your colleagues.

Your role includes maintaining continuous dialogue with relatives and informing them of changes in health status. You collaborate closely with colleagues, doctors, and other internal and external contacts to ensure high-quality care.

Job Description

We are currently looking for a colleague at 75% for a parental leave position, starting immediately or as soon as possible. The fixed-term contract runs until 2027-02-28. Working hours are 07:00–16:00, Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. You have one day off per week.

• Registered Nurse (RN)
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Merits

We would appreciate if you have previous experience in elderly care.

To thrive in this role, you are engaged and care about your fellow human beings. You are good at building relationships and are service-oriented. Since we work both in teams and independently, it is important that you feel comfortable in both environments.

Before offering employment, we require an unopened extract from the Swedish Police Authority's criminal record register. We also require a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or an approved work permit from the Swedish Migration Agency.
