Vårdcentralen Måsen is located in western Lund and is a health care unit with just over 10,000 registered patients. There is broad competence at the health center and we continuously strive to develop the operations. We have a complete range consisting of a doctor's clinic, district nurse's clinic, as well as specialist clinics for diabetes, asthma/COPD, targeted health talks, child health center (BVC), mental health, and a rehabilitation department.

Primary care should be there for everyone throughout life, and we want to be the obvious choice for nearby care for those living in Väster in Lund. DUTIES

The position includes usual duties as a diabetes nurse as you primarily work with diabetes patients. As a diabetes nurse, you will meet different types of diabetes patients and will work with, for example, adult patients with diabetes, newly diagnosed diabetics, prediabetes patients, as well as perform annual checks and registrations in the National Diabetes Register (NDR). We work to ensure the quality of care for our diabetes patients, which means that as a diabetes nurse, you will be engaged in following and improving quality indicators that have been developed as common goals for the health center.

QUALIFICATIONS

We now welcome you who are a registered nurse with permission to work in Swedish healthcare. In addition, you have further education as a diabetes nurse. You have language skills in Swedish equivalent to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale. It is meritorious if you have experience working with a diabetes clinic, and we also see it as an advantage to have experience with healthcare administrative systems such as PMO and 1177 e-services.

It is of great importance that you are secure in your professional role and have an open and positive attitude. You work solution-focused and independently and have a good ability to both plan, coordinate, and structure the work. In addition, you are a good team player with the ability to look up and see the whole in the operations. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.
