About the role

In the role of Economic Manager, you thrive in a varied economic work environment dealing with multiple customers whom you will be responsible for. You are responsible for preparing annual reports, budgets, and analyzing reports for the customers you work with.

Key responsibilities

• Responsibility for all ongoing accounting and reconciliation for your current customers.
• Preparation of budgets, financial statements/annual reports, and tax returns.
• Managing loan tenders and other financial planning.
• Economic analysis and advice to customers.
• Contributing to the existence and updating of economic-related routines.
• Customer responsibility for the housing cooperatives assigned to you, where you are expected to be their contact person and first point of entry.
• Customer meetings (board meetings/annual general meetings); during certain periods, you are expected to attend meetings, which entails some evening work.
• Administrative tasks related to your area of responsibility.
• Acting as Egeryds representative for a number of managed housing cooperatives or other customers in matters concerning economic management.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in economics or equivalent knowledge.
• Experience in economic work with housing cooperatives is an advantage.
• Experience from agency work is an advantage.
