INM Lund is part of Equra, a growing specialist group within psychiatry, neuropsychiatry, and pediatric medicine – built on the belief that high quality and good accessibility should go hand in hand. By bringing together specialist clinics across the country, we create care that is secure, person-centered, and based on both competence and compassion.

With approximately 200 employees at 16 clinics, Equra provides a healthcare offering where every patient is met with structure, professionalism, and an engagement that is evident in both results and treatment. We actively work on development, follow up on our efforts, and create conditions for our employees to deliver care of the highest quality.

Equra exists to make specialized care easier to reach and better adapted to each individual – and to provide both patients and employees with a secure place to grow.

Working as a Psychiatric Nurse at INM Lund

As a psychiatric nurse with us, you work in our multidisciplinary psychosis team, which includes psychiatrists, nurses, case managers, psychologists, social workers, and occupational therapists.

The nine employees currently working in the team work closely together and each contribute their unique competence. Over the years, the team has developed collaboration, particularly with inpatient psychiatric care, creating a well-integrated care chain for our patients. There is also good cooperation with municipalities in the catchment area, and the team works according to FACT (Flexible Assertive Community Treatment), which is a comprehensive psychiatric program designed to meet patient needs with a focus on recovery. The treatment offered is evidence-based and follows national guidelines and care programs.

As a psychiatric nurse, you will be one of two nurses in the team and contribute with your knowledge, experience, and competence. The role includes responsibility for monitoring medication, well-being, health, annual check-ups, and coordinating interventions.

Your new workplace

INM Lund is a general psychiatric outpatient clinic for patients aged 18 and above who need specialist psychiatric care and reside in Lund or Kävlinge. The mission within specialist psychiatry is to offer assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for individuals with complex psychiatric issues, acting as a interface with primary care.

It is important to us to offer our patients evidence-based care. To find out if what we do truly makes a difference, we follow up and measure our treatment results together with the patient. We offer a well-structured workplace with high job satisfaction, short decision-making paths, and well-designed care processes where we put patients first.

At our clinic, it should be easy to go from a good idea to decision and action. For example, in the autumn of 2023, the psychosis team noted an increased need for inpatient care and strengthened outpatient care following inpatient periods for our patients. Within a few months, we therefore launched our first day hospital for this target group. Evaluation of this ongoing initiative shows very high patient satisfaction and a strengthened integrated care chain.

INM Lund offers you

  • Being part of an established team with extensive experience
  • A well-planned introduction to give you the best start in your new role
  • Regular team supervision
  • Regular training and competence development, both internally and externally
  • Structured and diagnosis-specific care processes for assessment, investigation, and treatment based on national care programs
  • Active and close leadership from the team leader and operations manager
  • Colleagues in different parts of the country who collaborate and share experiences
  • Secure employment through collective agreements, insurance, and pension
  • Individual salary setting
  • Wellness benefits

About you

  • Licensed nurse, preferably with specialist training in psychiatry
  • Experience in psychiatry, with experience in psychosis care being an advantage
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)

To thrive with us, you need to be accustomed to working independently and making your own decisions. The role requires a good ability to take independent responsibility for treatment in individual cases, as well as a good ability to plan and organize your work. At the same time, you are a team player and value teamwork highly. For us, it is natural to collaborate daily with colleagues and other care partners, which is why we place great emphasis on your ability to cooperate.

You are interested in knowing how our patients are doing and want to be involved in how we can best improve and develop care.

Your application

We interview and recruit continuously, and the position may be filled as soon as the right candidate is found – so do not wait to submit your application.

  • Employment type: Permanent position, with a probationary period
