With several new projects underway, we need to strengthen our team with a driven Site Supervisor in Civil Engineering based in Malmö.

Your role with us:

As a site supervisor with us, you will have a varied and meaningful daily routine where you:

• Lead and plan the daily work on the construction site
• Ensure that production, quality, economics, and working environment are top-notch
• Coordinate resources, subcontractors, and communicate closely with the site manager
• Contribute to a safe, efficient, and motivating work climate
• Are a key person in finding solutions and driving projects forward

We are looking for you who:

• Have at least 3 years of experience as a site supervisor or alternatively several years of experience as a tradesperson within civil engineering.
• Preferably have knowledge within water/sewer (VA), foundation work, or civil construction
• Thrive close to production and have a good understanding of its demands
• Are structured, engaged, and have an easy time building good collaborations
• Like to motivate others and build team spirit
