About the role

As a Contracting Engineer at Peab, you will have the opportunity to be part of many exciting infrastructure projects located around Malmö, varying in size and focus. You will be one of our key figures in the project and work closely with the project manager and site manager. Your main task is to support with project administration, which includes production planning, contract administration, contracting law, handling financial adjustments, as well as participating in cost estimation and purchasing.

The position offers many social contacts, challenges, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in contracting activities with a focus on project administration.
• Good understanding of tendering, contracts, and financial flows.
• Knowledge in cost estimation and tenders (preferably MAP), project economics, and production planning.
• Experience in contracting and purchasing law (AB, ABT, ABM, ABK) as well as contract administration, ÄTA handling, and AMA.
• Category B driver's license and access to a personal car.

We are looking for you who enjoy working administratively, have good structure, and maintain order in your work. You are also communicative, engaged, analytical, solution-oriented, and meticulous.
