At Mjösunda, you will be part of an exciting and educational journey!

Mjösunda is a group home for adults covered by LSS (Support and Service Act) personal circle 1. We provide individually adapted support based on clarifying pedagogy and low-affective interaction. Together with your colleagues, you will continuously evaluate and adapt your approach to the best interest of the individual. As a residential support worker here, you primarily work with our residents, but also handle some administrative tasks such as social documentation. You are supported by an accessible leadership team, including a team leader present during daytime hours on weekdays, and a Operations Manager.

As a residential support worker, you work with individuals who need support with their daily living.

In this role, your responsibilities include:

• Providing individual support, care, and service interventions
• Planning and conducting activities with the client
• Performing delegated health and medical care tasks

You work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues.

Who are you?

• Education as a nursing assistant (undersköterska), special educator, or behavioral scientist
• Experience from similar operations
• Knowledge of low-affective interaction and clarifying pedagogy
• Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written, as documentation is a significant part of the job
• A valid B-class driver's license is required

As a person, you are service-oriented, attentive, and accommodating. The role of residential support worker also requires patience, flexibility, and sensitivity.
