With us, you have the world's most fun part-time job that gives you the opportunity to inspire and motivate children to sports activities, as well as gain experience and qualifications in leadership and group work.

Playing, having fun, and spreading joy to the children. It doesn't get much more fun than that! The job is also perfect to combine with studies or other jobs.

At Fotbollskul, you will have the opportunity to introduce football as a sport to a lovely group of children aged 2–6 in a playful way. We hope that the children will get inspired to continue sports, and your leadership plays a big role in this.

💥 We are looking for you who:

• Loves working with children
• Is joyful, playful, and engaged
• Has football experience or general ball skills from other ball sports
• Has experience leading activities for children, preferably younger children, or alternatively has a long sports background and been a leader for children in another context (e.g., preschool, school, childcare)

As a person, you are confident and secure in yourself!

• 🎯 Your goal is to constantly work so that all participants feel satisfied when they leave each Fotbollskul session.
• 🎯 You will lead the children and their parents through various exercises in a playful and engaged manner, inspired by football and ball games developed by Active Academy's sports pedagogues.
• 🎯 We work from a ready-made session plan, meaning all exercises and games are pre-planned. As a leader, you get the chance to focus all your energy on spreading joyful movement – focusing on ball play, ball courses, shooting, and passing.

Before starting work with us, you will participate in our leadership meeting where we train you in our specific concept.

📅 Employment Conditions

• Hourly employment
• The work runs during autumn 2026, starting week 35.
• Sessions are scheduled on Sundays 13:30–15:30 at Lunnaskolan gymnasium hall.
• Approx. 1–2 hours/week.
