We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse/specialist-trained nurse for the elderly/community nurse who wants to be part of our multidisciplinary teams within the home care services and nursing staff within Lomma Municipality. You will be placed within the home care services in Lomma.

Lomma has three care homes, and the nurses are stationed at the homes Strandängsgatan, Vega, and Orion. The home care services are located on Poppelgatan together with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, home help staff, and support functions such as MAS and MAR.

In Bjärred, we have the care home Jonasgården. There, the nurses sit together with the home care nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and home help staff.

WORK RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for:

• Nurse/specialist-trained nurse for the elderly/community nurse for home care services for daytime work, but evening shifts may also occur.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed community or nurse with a genuine interest in people.

• You have experience as a nurse and thrive in your professional role, and you are engaged and contribute to a good work climate.
• You have the ability to see the big picture, have good collaboration and communication skills, and are independent with a high degree of flexibility.
• You have the ability to plan and structure your work independently and within the team.
• You take significant personal responsibility.
• You want to contribute to the development of the operations.
• You are passionate about providing care, security, and support to our elderly and younger residents.
• You have the ability to supervise and lead nursing staff within nursing and delegated tasks and assignments.
• You have good language skills in Swedish.
• A category B driver's license is required.
• In addition to experience as a licensed nurse, previous experience in municipal health care is meritorious.
