I am a woman in my 50s living in Skarpnäck. I have had cerebral palsy (CP) since birth and was diagnosed with a mental disability a few years ago. In my daily life, I prefer staying home and taking it easy, but I also enjoy going out into the city. My well-being varies, which means I sometimes lack the energy to do everything I want to do in life. I need you to motivate me and, when necessary, help me slow down. I love animals, especially dogs, and it is common for one of my assistants to bring their small dog along. Therefore, you must be comfortable in an environment where pets have been present. You must also not be allergic to cigarette smoke. About you: I am looking for a woman aged 25–50 who wants to work as my personal assistant during days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Experience working as a personal assistant or with mental health issues is a plus, but not a requirement. However, it is crucial that you have a thick skin and resilience. You should be positive, patient, secure, generous, and have a strong work ethic, just like my other assistants. I expect you to master Swedish in both speaking and understanding so that our communication is clear. I have assistance around the clock with on-call duties at night. The position: Working hours are varied and include day, evening, on-call night, and weekend shifts according to a rotating schedule at 30%. Extra work may occur if needed, for example, during sickness or planned holidays. More shifts will be planned during the summer. Start date is ASAP. To be employed, you must present a valid ID, a certificate of good conduct (police record), and any documents proving your right to work in Sweden.
