We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse/community nurse and want to be part of our multidisciplinary teams within Lomma Municipality's home care service. You will be part of our evening team.

Lomma has three care homes, and the nurses are stationed at the facilities on Strandängsgatan, Vega, and Orion. The home care service is located on Poppelgatan together with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, home care staff, and support functions such as MAS and MAR.

In Bjärred, we have the care home Jonasgården. There, the nurses work together with home care nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and home care staff.

• Nurse/Community Nurse for evening shifts, occasional day shifts may occur.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed community or registered nurse with a genuine interest in people.

• You have the ability to see the big picture, possess good collaboration and communication skills, and are independent with a high degree of flexibility.
• You have the ability to plan and structure your work.
• You want to contribute to the development of the operations.
• You are passionate about providing elderly care, security, and support.
• You take great personal responsibility.
• You have good language skills in Swedish.
• A valid B driver's license is required.
• Previous experience within municipal health care is meritorious.
