What does it mean to be part of the Clustera team?
Clustera is an established company where there is high trust, and creativity and innovation are welcome. We are part of a global group with long experience from international matching services. With a stable value base, we guide in all situations.

The role of Teacher
The overall purpose and goal of the position is for our participants, with the help of individually adapted pedagogical support (IPSU), to become independent and complete educational efforts with a passing grade.
We are looking for a teacher for a time-based employment in Trollhättan. The position is part-time, but there may be an opportunity for full-time.
As a teacher, you support individual participants who have a functional variation and are attending education through the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen). The support takes place in the specific parts where the participant needs help, i.e., through pedagogical interventions and work with assistive tools. Based on the needs in the educational situation, IPSU is tailored with the right competence, pedagogical interventions, and assistive tools for each participant. You work with the participants at the educational sites. Travel to the different educational sites occurs.
You are part of a team together with additional teachers in the surrounding area as well as specialists and coordinators. To thrive in the role, you feel comfortable working independently together with the participants, are solution-focused, and flexible. Communication, feedback, and creating good relationships with participants, colleagues, customers, and others comes naturally to you.
We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
Qualification Requirements
Work Experience
- Documented experience of working with people with functional variations in an educational setting for at least 1 year. This means you have experience as a teacher, teaching assistant, student assistant, or similar role in a school environment.
- Documented experience of working with cognitive aids in an educational setting for at least 1 year, i.e., that you have used assistive tools in your work with students.
The work experience must be certified with a certificate from previous employers.
Educational Requirements
Relevant education in pedagogy and/or people with functional variations. Proficiency in Swedish language in speech and writing.
We offer you
Clustera's employees are our most important asset, and therefore we want to offer a role that both inspires and gives you great room for maneuver. We are driven by seeing people develop, and we give you the opportunity to use your competence and creativity in the work. Together with your coaching manager, you will receive support in shaping your career, continuing to grow, and reaching your goals.
Employment: Time-based employment part-time/full-time in Trollhättan.
Start date: By agreement.
Application deadline: June 12. Please send in your application documents as soon as possible, as we recruit on an ongoing basis.
