We are now looking for an assistant/team leader to strengthen our team around our client Alma, who is an adventurous and cheerful young woman. Alma requires 24/7 assistance, and we are looking for you who can work every other weekend with a night shift in a team leader role, as well as step in as a substitute during the day when needed and during holidays.

Alma lives with her parents in a villa in Skultorp. Routine is important to Alma – it provides security and structure in daily life, which is already filled with various activities and interests. Tennis, horse racing, horses, and bowling, to name a few. A bike ride or a walk in the forest is also appreciated.

Alma's assistants need to be secure, sensitive, and engaged. We believe the best for Alma are people who are stable, reliable, and have a good sense of humor with the ability to see the positive. Support is needed for hygiene, cooking, and activities, as well as supervision and assistance related to epilepsy.

We prefer female applicants as the work involves practical help with certain intimate care tasks. As with many other young adults, daily life is a mix of everyday necessities and the things that add gold to life.

The Assistant's Role and Experience

As mentioned, we are looking for women for this position. We would like you to have relevant experience/education, but above all, we are looking for the right person. It must fit well with the client and the relatives. It is an advantage if you have a driver's license and your own car.

Previous experience with scheduling and personnel management is a merit, but most importantly, you must be a flexible person willing to learn the job as a team leader, as you will receive training in all aspects of the role.

You will receive the necessary on-site introduction, and we encourage all our assistants to take our training courses. It is of great importance to our client and to us at FMF Assistans that the assistants working with us are secure, thoughtful, and positive. Desirable Experience

• Swedish language skills (spoken and written) are required.
• Experience in similar work.
• Experience with epilepsy.
• Category B driver's license, access to a private car.
• Team leadership, scheduling.

Working Hours/Employment Level

• Part-time position, approx. 15 hours/week, every other weekend with a night shift.
• Daytime hours as needed when Alma is off/sick from day activities.
• Opportunity for extra shifts during illness and holidays.
