⭐️ About the role of Personal Assistant:

We are currently looking for several personal assistants for a charming and active boy who is almost 3 years old. He is a happy boy who loves speed and excitement!

His favorite activities involve water play: zooming down slides, swinging high, jumping, climbing, and dancing to music.

As he has autism, intellectual disability (ID), speech disorder, and sleep difficulties, he needs safe and reliable adults around him to support him in daily life. He requires assistance 24/7, which means we are looking for staff for day, evening, and night shifts.

Your responsibilities:

As an assistant, you are part of his daily life and support him in everything from play and educational stimulation to personal care. Since he has a speech disorder, it is important that you are attentive and patient in your communication. Due to his sleep difficulties, your role also includes being a stable support during the night on certain nights per week.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is at least 18 years old.
• Has completed upper secondary school or will graduate in 2026.
• Is preferably an active student at a college or university.
• Has experience with children and care (experience working with small children with special needs is a plus).
• Is a strong swimmer and loves the sea (water play is a huge part of his joy).
• Has a driver's license and access to a car (this is an advantage, but not a requirement, as public transport is available to and from the workplace).
• Has completed training in pediatric CPR (or is willing to do so in the role).
• Is non-smoking and fragrance-free at work.
• Is non-allergic (animals are present in the surroundings, and there are visits to farms and 4H centers).

⭐️ About the position:

• Location: Roslagen archipelago, Norrort, Norrtälje Municipality.
• Employment type: Part-time (for the duration of the assistance assignment).
• Working hours: Varying schedule (day, evening, night, and weekends).
• Probation period: 6 months applies.
• Salary: According to agreement/collective agreement.
