ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a role for you who want to take responsibility for the entire packaging flow, from design and original files to finished production.

You work both operationally and coordinatively, handling many parallel projects and contact surfaces. We believe you have an eye for detail and quality, are self-driven, and push your work forward. You collaborate smoothly with different functions and find solutions when conditions change.

Your main responsibilities:

• Create design and layout for packaging according to graphic guidelines
• Produce print-ready material and ensure correct delivery
• Work with image editing, illustrations, and product graphics
• Create manuals and product-related material
• Ensure that material is correctly adapted for different markets
• Coordinate translations and proofreading
• Communicate with suppliers and purchasing offices, primarily in Asia
• Ensure quality, deadlines, and an efficient production flow
• Contribute to developing working methods, templates, and processes

ABOUT YOU

You have a solid foundation in graphic production and are accustomed to working close to final delivery where details truly matter.

You thrive in an environment where a lot is happening, where you need to keep several flows together simultaneously, and where you drive your work forward yourself.

We believe you have:

• Experience in graphic production, preferably within packaging or retail/private label
• Experience with original production and creating print-ready material
• Very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
• Good understanding of printing processes and prepress
• Experience working against deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent English in speech and writing

Meritorious:

• Experience with international suppliers, preferably in Asia
• Experience with manual production or technical documentation
• Experience with versioning and working with multiple languages
• Experience in developing templates and efficient working methods
