Alma Assistans is the dedicated company that creates personal assistance in collaboration with the customer. We work closely with the customer and know that good relationships are the key to a well-functioning assistance service. We operate throughout Sweden with our head office in Uppsala and local offices in Gävle, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Helsingborg, Jönköping, and Växjö.

We are currently looking for you, who want to work together with a 65-year-old man living in Enköping, who previously suffered a stroke that changed his life.

To thrive in the role of personal assistant, you enjoy working with people. You like coming up with activities but can also take the day as it comes – being a bit spontaneous in everyday life.

You always work with your heart, and with great commitment to what you do. You are present, flexible, and careful in your personality and approach.

You who apply fit the following criteria:

• Have a driver's license (manual transmission) and access to a car
• Have an eye for what needs to be done in a home
• Have the ability to adapt to different situations
• Outgoing and positive
• Have great respect for the customer's right to self-determination
• Are a colleague to trust and who can collaborate
• Have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written

Working hours are 08:00–17:00, and if needed, 17:00–22:00.

We always start employment with an hourly position. There is an opportunity for summer temporary work.
