Personal Assistants for a 19-year-old girl in Häggvik/Sollentuna

We are now looking for personal assistants for our client who lives in Häggvik.

We are looking for personal assistants for a 19-year-old girl who needs additional assistants who can work during the day, evenings, or nights.

The client lives in a villa in Häggvik, Sollentuna, approximately a four-minute walk from the train station.

The client lacks independent mobility and needs help with all aspects of daily life, such as diaper changes, nutrition via PEG, motor training, and more. She uses a standing frame, panda chair, and corset. She cannot speak or communicate verbally, but after a period of working together, it is possible to understand her and her needs.

Your tasks should focus on ensuring she has a dignified life and experiences well-being. Together, we can, as far as possible, prevent deterioration of her health and quality of life. It is important to have a warm heart, but also a cool head to guide that warm heart. The warm heart stands for empathy, solidarity, and humanity, and combined with structure and professionalism, the care can yield the best possible results.

We are looking for you who:

• Speak and write Swedish well
• Can work during the summer this year
• Are social, positive, and enjoy creating a warm, pleasant atmosphere in daily life
• Understand what it means to join a new family and become a natural part of the team
• Are flexible, proactive, and self-reliant – you see what needs to be done and take charge with joy
• Are playful, have a sense of humor, and love having fun with both children and adults
• Have great patience and calmness, even when things get a bit chaotic or intense
• Are completely smoke- and snus-free
• Are not allergic to cats (the cat is an important part of the family ♥)

At Särnmark, you will always receive an introduction at the client's home as well as access to training regarding the role of a personal assistant.

About the employment

The form of employment is a hourly-paid position with hourly wages. Varying working hours during the day, evening, and weekends.

Weekdays: 07:00–14:00, 14:00–21:00, and 21:00–07:00

Weekends: 07:00–19:00 and 19:00–07:00

Salary and other terms of employment according to the Collective Agreement for Personal Assistance, Vårdföretagarna - Kommunal.
