At Bonzi, we are currently looking for a personal assistant for a cheerful teenage girl in Farsta. This position is suitable for you who wish to work part-time, as well as for you who want to step in as a substitute when regular assistants are absent.

Our client is a positive and creative teenage girl who enjoys dancing, baking, and crafts. Due to an intellectual disability, she needs support in daily life to feel safe, included, and joyful in her activities.

She moves around largely independently but sometimes needs support and assistance. Therefore, experience with wheelchairs and assistive devices is an advantage.

As a personal assistant, your duties include support with personal hygiene, meals, and daily activities. We are looking for someone who is sensitive, empathetic, and self-assured, with a genuine interest in working with people. You have patience, a calm demeanor, and the ability to read situations and create safety even when emotions run high.

Knowledge of sign language, TAKK (Total Communication), or AKK (Augmented and Alternative Communication) is a big plus.

Working hours are scheduled for Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 16:30–20:00, and 2–3 Saturdays per month from 10:00–16:00.

We are looking for someone who speaks and writes Swedish, has experience in personal assistance or work within care and social services, and is a non-smoker. Additionally, the client only accepts female assistants.

Scope: 1 part-time position. 1 substitute position as needed.

Start date: Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with collective agreements.

Things to consider before applying:

A prerequisite for starting employment at Bonzi is that you, as an applicant, can present a valid ID document and submit a certificate of personal details (personbevis) as well as any documents proving your right to work in Sweden. Due to the fact that the position may involve solo work, night shifts, and tasks that, according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3), cannot be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present a certificate of no criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply, meaning that the register check will include both a certificate of no criminal record and a certificate of suspicion. The certificate is ordered via the Swedish Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order in good time.
