I am a man who lives an active life with round-the-clock personal assistance. I am now looking for a personal assistant to join my assistant team. For the right person, there is also an opportunity to take on a team leader role in the future.

I live in Älvsjö, and my days are filled with exercise and work at a day activity center. I enjoy going for walks or relaxing at home. As my assistant, you will become an important part of my daily life.

Responsibilities:

• Support in daily tasks and personal care
• Assistance with communication and activities
• Physical support during exercise, at home, and in the pool

Who we are looking for:

• You are calm, sensitive, and self-assured
• You enjoy physical activity and close, personal work
• You are curious, engaged, and willing to take initiative
• Experience or relevant education is a plus, but personal suitability is most important

Opportunity for Team Leader Responsibilities:

As a team leader, you are a curious and confident person who sees the big picture and takes responsibility. Together with my other team leader, you will create structure, quality, and continuity in the assistance. By being sensitive, clear, and engaged, you contribute to a well-functioning daily life for both me and the assistant team. For this role, you will receive a separate contract and remuneration.

The Practical Details:

• There is an opportunity to work up to approximately 30 hours per week according to a rolling four-week schedule.
• Working hours vary: days, evenings, nights (on-call), and weekends – it is important that you can work all shifts.
• Start date by agreement – introduction can take place immediately.
