About the role

As an Administrator / System Handler, you will have a broad and central role involving systems, technical documentation, quality, and coordination. You will become a key support to the business and collaborate with various functions within the company, including engineering, development, quality, and other internal departments as needed.

This is a role for you if you enjoy having many contact points, like creating structure, and are eager to take action before others even realize there is a need.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Working with and developing our database-supported systems
• Ensuring that documentation, certificates, and product data are always up to date
• Creating, managing, and quality-assuring material declarations, technical data sheets, and safety data sheets for our proprietary materials
• Updating recipes
• Participating in the development of routines, processes, and working methods
• Supporting work within the management system
• Communicating with external parties and certification bodies, such as UL
• Contributing to internal audits and quality work
• Serving as the natural go-to person internally regarding structure, administration, and order
• Supporting operations where needs arise and contributing to creating efficient working methods across multiple functions

Who are you?

You are likely the person who:

• Feels a bit of pain in their soul when faced with disorganized folders and outdated document versions
• Loves checklists, order, and smart working methods
• Is non-hierarchical and believes both small and large tasks are important
• Collaborates easily and contributes positive energy to the group
• Is proactive, solution-oriented, and likes to stay ahead of the curve

We also look for someone who:

• Has excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Is comfortable with systems and quickly learns new tools
• Has excellent Excel skills – preferably at a “black belt” level
• Works in a structured manner with a strong focus on quality
• Is willing to learn and attend training courses
• Has a high school education in technology or natural sciences

Qualifications

It is a plus if you have experience with:

• Technical documentation and product data
• Material declarations and safety data sheets
• Quality work or internal auditing
• Contact with certification bodies, such as UL
• Regulations and standards related to documentation and quality
