Forenede Care's home care services in Lund are growing rapidly.

We are therefore looking for an Occupational Therapist who wants to work with the rehabilitation of elderly people in their own homes. Here you have great opportunities to influence how your workday looks by taking ownership of your planning of interventions.

Who are you? You are a licensed Occupational Therapist with a few years of experience in home healthcare or similar operations. Experience with cognitive aids is a big plus, as we have a newly established dementia team where we work to ensure that people with various cognitive impairments can continue to live at home. You have a holistic perspective, work without hierarchy, and contribute to the team spirit in the group.

The position with us in home care is 30–50 % with the possibility to combine it with work at one of our residential facilities in Lund to reach a 100 % employment rate.

Job Description

We are currently looking for a colleague for a permanent position with a probationary period with an employment rate of 80 % with a start date of immediately.

Requirements and Merits

Licensure as an Occupational Therapist and a driver's license are required. You should also have experience working in home healthcare. Experience in prescribing aids within Lund Municipality and knowledge of the Lifecare medical records system are considered merits.
